✊ EA Update: New Enterprise Agreement Survey closes next week

The PSA’s enterprise agreement membership survey will close at midnight on Sunday 28 April 2024.

If you have not done so already, please click here to complete the survey.

The survey has been open to members since 4 March 2024.

The purpose of the survey is to seek your input on key areas you would like to see addressed in a new agreement. It is the first step in the PSA’s membership engagement process toward drafting the PSA’s proposals for a new agreement.

PSA Organisers have been visiting worksites across the state in support of the survey during this time.

Once this initial member feedback has been collated, the key bargaining issues identified will drive our broad negotiation objectives as our more specific agenda continues to be refined by consultation with members.

The PSA’s negotiating position will be based upon the direct feedback received from members and the subsequent principles developed from that feedback as endorsed by your Council, Worksite Representatives and members.

The current South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement 2021: Salaried has a nominal expiry date of 9 December 2024.

Under the provisions of the current agreement, a final wage increase of 1.5% is due in August 2024.

The current agreement provides for formal negotiations for a new agreement to commence no earlier than three months prior to 9 December 2024, that is, from 9 September 2024.

Member engagement is fundamental in the PSA’s efforts in negotiating a new enterprise agreement.

This is your agreement – it is time to have your say!

Encourage any of your colleagues, who are not currently PSA members, to join and add their voice to your next agreement. Any future endorsed PSA proposals will reflect the aspirations of members.

We encourage all members to click here to complete the survey.
