✊ EA Update: Thousands respond to new Enterprise Agreement Survey

Thank you to the thousands of PSA members who took the time to complete the PSA survey on your priorities for your next Salaried Enterprise Agreement.

The feedback from the survey, together with information gathered through our many PSA membership worksite meetings over recent weeks, will contribute to developing the PSA’s position when formal negotiations begin later this year.

The PSA’s negotiating position will be based on the feedback from members and the principles developed from that feedback, as confirmed by the PSA Council, Worksite Representatives and members.

The PSA will now spend time collating and analysing members’ survey responses and will report back to PSA members with more details in the near future.

The current South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement 2021: Salaried has a nominal expiry date of 9 December 2024.

The current agreement provides for formal negotiations for a new agreement to commence no earlier than three months prior to 9 December 2024, that is, from 9 September 2024. The PSA has advised the government we expect negotiations to commence at that time.

Under the provisions of the current agreement, a final wage increase of 1.5% is due in August 2024.
