PSA members in SA Housing Trust are seeing big changes in their work.
The tenant demographic is shifting, and workers are now dealing daily with serious mental health issues, domestic violence, drug use, and illegal activity.
Despite the growing challenges, Housing Trust workers are still undervalued and underpaid.
Yesterday, we took our EB campaign straight to Housing Minister Nick Champion’s office in Smithfield to demand fair pay and respect for the vital work these members do supporting South Australians in need.
Respect us. Pay us fairly.
