Proposed change to Allied Health workforce structure for Adult Acute Inpatient Mental Health Services (NALHN)

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network Mental Health (NALHN MH) has written to the Public Service Association (PSA) seeking feedback about a proposed change to the Allied Health (AH) workforce structure for Adult Acute Inpatient Mental Health Services (AAIMHS).

Please provide feedback to your PSA Organiser by close of business on Thursday, 2 March 2023 to allow it to be included in a collated and non-identifying manner in the PSA’s response to NALHN.

Member engagement in processes such as this is imperative to getting our voices heard. While the PSA can apply an industrial lens and provide feedback, members are the people doing the job every day and are the subject matter experts on their workplace. Working collectively to engage in consultation processes is the most effective way to influence the outcomes.
