PSA operations - Lifting of the lockdown

Member Benefits Centre - 122 Pirie Street, Adelaide
The PSA Member Benefit Centre has now reopened. The Member Benefit Centre is open for membership sales and all your discount services from 8:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

PSA Members can continue to contact our team for all membership and member benefit enquiries by calling 8205 3200, or by emailing enquiries@psaofsa.asn.au.

In accordance with the current Health advice, some PSA staff will continue to work remotely but all staff are available to maintain a full service for members.

PSA Members’ Rights Hotline
If something comes up at work and you need some support and advice do not hesitate to contact the PSA Members’ Rights Hotline.

The PSA Members’ Rights Hotline operates from 8:45am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Call 8205 3227 and leave a message for a return call from a Hotline Team Member. Our team will give you a call back within a short timeframe.

Alternatively, you can send an email to enquiries@psaofsa.asn.au with your full name, phone number and a brief outline of your enquiry and the team will be able to provide you the advice you need.

PSA Organisers
All PSA Organisers are working a mix of in-office, visiting worksites and working remotely. Organisers can be contacted by email and phone and also have video conferencing capacity.

Our Organisers have kept in touch with Worksite Representatives and members throughout the lockdown and are recommencing worksite visits again where possible.

Industrial Officers
All PSA Industrial Officers are available by email and by phone to continue to assist you with individual and group industrial issues. Industrial Officers will be working with a mix of face-to-face and remote meetings, depending on what is most appropriate for the circumstance.

Member leave arrangements for the lockdown period
The PSA remains in discussion with the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment to clarify the arrangements for members affected by the lockdown. The PSA is advocating that no workers should be required to use their personal leave for this period. These discussions are ongoing.
