YOUR UNION, THE PSA, WANTS TO HEAR FROM YOU – MEMBER FEEDBACK NEEDED ON RMCLHN ROSTERING ISSUES
The PSA is seeking urgent feedback from members in response to the recent RMCLHN letter. We need to hear directly from members about:
- The impacts currently being felt;
- How non-consulted roster changes are affecting you; and
- What has occurred and is still occurring without consultation.
These changes were introduced without proper consultation under the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2021 – Clause 34 Consultative Processes. It was only after the PSA became involved and raised members’ concerns that consultation has now begun.
Please send your feedback to your PSA Organiser Natasha
