SA Pathology Pre-analytical changes - PSA wins extension to consultation
Your union, the PSA filed a dispute with the South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET) on behalf of PSA members at SA Pathology to ensure an extension of consultation regarding proposed changes to its pre-analytical structure.
The PSA requested further information to ensure consultation would be conducted correctly, and include workload assessments for all laboratories.
The application was successful. This means that consultation over the proposed changes is ongoing (beyond the original 3 March 2023 deadline) and will continue after workload assessments for all laboratories and other information is provided.
