Salaried EB 2026 - Voting is now open
Voting for the 2026 Salaried Enterprise Agreement is now officially open.
Opens: 9:00 am Friday 30 January 2026
Closes: 5:00 pm Friday 13 February 2026
How to cast your vote
The voting process is being conducted independently. You should have received an email today from your employer containing your unique, secure link.
- Locate your email: Carefully read the instructions about how to vote.
- Click your unique link: This will take you to the secure voting portal.
- Cast your vote: Follow the prompts and select YES.
- Confirm: Ensure you receive a confirmation message that your vote has been recorded.
Why a 'YES' vote is the pragmatic choice
Immediate Financial Relief: An average of an additional $10,000 by July 2027. Backdated pay and a 3.75% increase, or more.
Strategic Advantage: An 18-month agreement means we return to bargaining in July—just 5 months away—to push for even further improvements.
Targeted Improvements: Immediate gains for members in Child Protection, Youth Justice, Human Services, Correctional Officers and Lawyers and Professional Officers and those below the Award.
Certainty vs. Risk: A 'no' vote does not guarantee a better offer; it risks months of uncertainty and the potential for a worse outcome.
